A: Clean and dry your nails, peel off the sticker, place it on your nail, press gently, and seal with a top coat.
Q: Do I need a UV lamp?
A: A UV lamp is not required for applying nail stickers.
Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.
Q: Are used or opened nail stickers returnable?
A: For hygiene reasons, used nail stickers, opened items, or items that have been applied cannot be returned.
